Customer service is our Number 1 priority. We will keep in touch with you every step of the way.

If you are not 100% happy with products you have brought from us, return them within 7 days of receiving them, in the original condition and packaging for either an exchange or refund* (Postage is not refundable unless the product is faulty). 


We accept payment via Paypal for credit cards and international transactions. If you don't have a paypal account we also accept payment by bank transfer.   (We will ship the product once funds have cleared). or by credit card. If you are unsure give us a call on 09 2996429. We are always happy to help.




Within New Zealand:

All our products are carefully packaged and sent tracked on NZ Couriers  or a similar company to main centres usually overnight. Rural addresses by NZ Post, delivery approximately within 3 days.


Shipping Internationally:

At the moment we are unable to ship Internationally but we are working on this.


Postage Rates:

Postage is calculated at checkout If there is any overcharge in shipping this will be refunded to you.
