If you are not 100% happy with products you have brought from us, return them within 7 days of receiving them, in the original condition and packaging for either an exchange or refund* (Postage is not refundable unless the product is faulty).
We accept payment via Paypal for credit cards. If you don't have a paypal account we also accept payment by bank transfer. (We will ship the product once funds have cleared). or by credit card. If you are unsure give us a call on 09 2996429. We are always happy to help.
Within New Zealand:
All our products are carefully packaged and sent tracked on Fastways or a similar company to main centres usually 2-3 days. Rural addresses, delivery approximately within 3 -5 days.
At the moment we are unable to ship Internationally but we are working on this.
